Find Your Anchors

A gentle guide to returning to yourself.

In moments of overwhelm, this is where you begin.

I didn’t set out to create an Anchors framework.

It gently emerged after a period of burnout that left me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward.

My Anchors had always been part of me - though they were the parts of me that had been long ignored.

As I began trying to find a way back to myself, these practices slowly and quietly returned.

They have become a repeated practice I return to when life feels loud.

My Anchors are:

My breath.

Art.

Writing.

Being in nature.

There was nothing complicated about them.

Your anchors may look different to mine, but these practices are what ground us, calm our nervous system, and slowly return us to ourselves.

This is where you begin.

A Quiet Place to Begin

This guide is here to help you notice what already supports you -
and to begin, gently.

You don’t need to fix everything.

You don’t need to have the answers.

Sometimes, what you need is something simple - something to return to.

Inside this guide

A gentle introduction to Anchors

A simple framework to return to yourself

A quiet space for reflection

A place to begin, without pressure

What are Anchors?

Anchors are the small practices you return to when life feels overwhelming.

They ground you.
They calm your nervous system.
They gently bring you back to yourself.

They are often simple.
Often familiar.
And often already part of you.

No pressure. No overwhelm. Just a gentle place to begin.

A Gentle Return

Your Anchors are not something you need to find all at once.

They reveal themselves over time.

Through noticing.

Through returning.

Through listening.
